We read: Nassim Nicholas Taleb, 2012 Antifragile. Things that Gain from Disorder. London: Penguin.
It is a pleasantly reading collection of essays, bringing concepts from complex systems theories and risk management to the practice of day-to-day fragility and antifragility of systems.
The book discusses what makes systems stronger (antifragile), and what makes them more fragile. Great reads for those working in interventionist environments: designers, policy advisors, managers, leaders, medical staff, teachers, politicians.
